Athletic Asylum’s Sports Performance Training is tailored to young athletes participating in High School & College sports. Athletes can expect to make tremendous improvements in the off-season and/or maintain current player development while in-season.
"My 11-year old daughter started training with Damon in 2017 at Athletic Asylum. She plays Field Hockey and Lacrosse competitively. The training has been such a confidence booster for her, and we can see the benefits on the field. Damon has a knack for pushing the kids in a healthy way, but also relating to them on a personal level. It’s also nice that she can take a class when timing permits, and we aren’t locked into a monthly program." - Beth Wolinski.
“Damon and his staff at Athletic Asylum, helped our 12-year-old daughter during the winter months between her field hockey & lacrosse seasons. During her one-hour sessions she was introduced to various different cardio and strength training techniques that were aimed at helping her become an all-around physically fit athlete. By her working on her full body (and mind) it helped her with her speed and over conditioning”. - Jason Kerner.
“Damon’s class is an awesome opportunity for kids to get a great workout that helps with sports and everyday life. Classes are affordable. He teaches proper form and doesn’t let the kids get into bad habits. He is just tough enough that the kids don’t give up. They give their all for him. Both my son and daughter love their workouts with Damon. He is a great teacher, tough trainer and an awesome person. ***** (that’s 5 stars)”! - Eileen Auble
